A summer like no other
Like most things in life, you get out what you put in. Rather than observing from the side-lines, we want you to take an active role in your experience with us. Which means that while you’ll be given a comprehensive (and educational) programme to follow, you’ll also be given the space - and encouragement - to take the initiative, dive in deeper to the areas that interest you, and truly make the most of your time with us.
As well as shadowing the lawyers and experiencing legal work up close, you’ll take part in regular in-depth knowledge sessions with partners from across the firm, covering the most important themes impacting the legal industry and the world at large. You’ll also attend a selection of social events, giving you the opportunity to flex those networking skills and practice building your profile. And each week you’ll have a review session with your mentor, a senior lawyer, to discuss progress, with the opportunity to ask your burning questions and gain real insight into what it means to be a lawyer at Osborne Clarke.

Interested? Here’s what you need to know:
- 01Placements will run throughout June and
July 2024. - 02The salary is £450 per week.
- 03Application process opens on 1 October 2023.
- 04Deadline for applications is 23:59 on 15
January 2024. - 05Assessment centres and interviews will be running throughout February and March 2024. Please ensure that you are available on the proposed dates as unfortunately we are unable to provide any alternatives. If you are invited to attend an in-person session please note that we are unable to provide a virtual alternative due to the nature of the exercises undertaken.
